To succeed in the hip-hop industry you need to be original, you need good lyrical content (basically you need to be able to write songs), lastly your songs need a phat beat that is unique and catchy. In addition to all that a rapper has to have the right image. For example exaggerated catwalk fashion that will inspire people and get you noticed. I believe that all the following artists i have written about have perfected these factors.
